TRAINING & ORIENTATION

Training and orientation  are essential components of any successful security program. Whether it's for security personnel, employees, or residents, proper training and orientation help individuals understand security procedures, protocols, and their roles in maintaining a safe environment. Here are some key points related to training and orientation in security:

Security Personnel Training:  Security guards or officers should undergo comprehensive training before assuming their roles. This training may cover topics such as emergency response, first aid and CPR, conflict resolution, use of force, patrol techniques, report writing, access control procedures, and legal responsibilities. Ongoing training should be provided to keep security personnel updated on new security technologies, best practices, and industry standards.

Residential Orientation: In residential settings, orientation programs can be conducted for new residents to familiarize them with security protocols, access control procedures, emergency evacuation plans, and any specific security measures in place within the community or building. This helps residents understand their responsibilities and ensures they are aware of the resources available to maintain a secure living environment.
